When saving a report into a digital format, you have the option of saving the report as an Excel (XLS or XLSX) document. Saving the report into Excel will save you an Excel document that appears like the original report as shown on the website. If you are wanting to save the report to view like a spreadsheet in Excel, then you will want to save the document as a CSV file instead.
The examples below show how the same report would appear if saved as a CSV or Excel file.
The Excel copy of the report will be formatted to best match the original report. This can result in the data being harder to manipulate/adjust.
