As your employees are completing their onboarding process, you may need to present a document for them to review and acknowledge, such as employee handbooks, or update an existing document.
- Click Administration from the top menu bar of Onboarding.
- In the Administration menu, click the Policies tab.
- From the Policies page, you will see any existing Onboarding policies or Upload Document Types.
- Under the Actions column, click the ... button.
- Click Edit.
Drag your new file into the "Drag and Drop File's Here" section or click Select File and browse for the new file to replace the existing file.
- Any attached document cannot be digitally signed or filled in. The document will be View-Only and are electronically acknowledged.
- The attached document should be in a PDF format.
- When finished, click Save.
