Navigating to your Career Page
- Access the career page editor in your ATS by navigating to Administration. Click Career Pages on the left-hand side.
- Click Edit by the Career Page Name under the Action column.
- A modal like below will appear.
Modifying Your Career Page/Job Feed
If your career page does not appear like below, you may have a Hosted Career Page. You can refer to the following article for more information.
- Career Page Name - This will display the Career Page name that was entered when your Job Feed was activated by Arcoro.
- Career Page URL - The career page URL as provided by Arcoro.
- Home Page URL - The Home Page URL where the candidate should be directed to upon clicking the ‘Home’ button on the Hosted Career Page.
- Page Content - Custom content that can be displayed directly above or below the job listings depending on the selection of the 'Show Custom Content from above' check box.
- Show Custom Content from above - Sets where the custom content (if any) will appear. If checked, the custom content will appear above jobs. If not checked, the custom content will appear below your jobs.
- Widget Display Options - Allows you to configure the layout, display, and grouping of their jobs within the Job widget on their career page.
- Heading - The heading of the table. Typically "Current Openings".
- Group Heading Prefix - Will put text before "Group Job Listings By:". Typically left blank or "Active".
- Group Job Listings By:
- Do Not Group Jobs
- Company Name
- Job Category
- Job City
- Job City and State
- Job State
- Job Title
- Group Heading Suffix - Will put the text after "Group Job Listings By:". Typically "Jobs".
- Within each Group Sort the Jobs By:
- Job ID
- Job Last Update Date
- Company Name
- Job Category
- Job City
- Job City and State
- Job Title
- Then Sort the Jobs By:
- Job ID
- Job Last Update Date
- Company Name
- Job Category
- Job City
- Job City and State
- Job Title
- The URL to take the job seeker after they complete job application - If left blank, by default this link will take them to your company website provided in the Account information section of the Administration page.
- Show "AddThis" Social Media Buttons - If enabled, this allows anyone who sees your jobs on your career page to share your jobs via different social media outlets.
- Show Email Sign Up section - If enabled, anyone who comes to your career page can enter their email address to receive future notification of openings from you and when you post new openings.
- Enable "You are leaving this site..." dialog when clocking on a job link - If enabled, a message will open informing the individual they are leaving this website page and going to another website page.
- When clicking on a job link, open the job view in a new browser window - If enabled, the user will open a new browser window/tab and still have the browser window/tab open that they were previously on.
- Click here to see Javascript Code - Clicking this button will show the Javascript and Div code that you will need to embed on your career page for the Job Feed Widget to display.
