With the necessary permission, a user can edit unsent time records on ExakTime Mobile. This can be useful for instances where an employee selected the incorrect location/cost code or if a manager needs to update the employee's clock in/out time.

For iOS
- Navigate to the History section of ExakTime Mobile.
- Locate the unsent record that needs to be edited and press the record. Unsent records will not have the words "Sent" on the left-hand side icon.
- Click Edit in the top-right.
- Adjust the available fields for the time record. When finished, press Done.
For Android
- Navigate to the History section of ExakTime Mobile.
- Locate the unsent record that needs to be edited and press the record. Unsent records will not have the words "Sent" on the left-hand side icon.
- Click the three-vertical dots in the top right and click Edit in the menu.
- Adjust the available fields for the time record. When finished, press Save.
