The general benefit management reports provide a quick run-down of benefits for employees.

How to Run a General Report

  1. Click the filter icon to the right-hand side.

  2. Select a package from the drop-down menu.

  3. Enter an Effective Date.
  4. Click Refresh Results.

Available Reports

Report Name Description
Benefit Premium / Rate Configuration - Annual * Provides non-age banded annual benefit premiums by benefit by coverage level with employer and employee costs and benefit divisor (if applicable). This report displays all benefits included in the package.
Benefit Premium / Rate Configuration - Monthly * Provides non-age banded monthly benefit premiums by benefit by coverage level with employer and employee costs and benefit divisor (if applicable). This report displays all benefits included in the package.
Benefit Premium / Rate Configuration - Age Banded Benefits with Annual Costs * Provides age banded annual benefit premiums by benefit by coverage level with employer and employee costs and benefit divisor (if applicable). This report displays all benefits utilizing age banding in the package.
Benefit Premium / Rate Configuration - Age Banded Benefits with Monthly Costs * Provides age banded monthly benefit premiums by benefit by coverage level with Employer and Employee costs and benefit divisor (if applicable). Report displays all benefits utilizing age banding in the package.
Benefit Eligibility Rules * Lists eligibility rules that are in use with an occurrence count, as well as assignments to benefits and plans for each rule. This report allows administrators and stakeholders the ability to review their application of Eligibility Rules as well as confirm employee’s inclusion in the benefits and/or plans.
Over Age Dependents (Using Package Date of Birth) * Provides column and row information of dependents that will age out of benefit coverage for the selected benefit package by month and employee. This report allows administrators to alert employees about dependents that will be considered ineligible for certain benefits in the benefit package.
Over Age Dependents (Using Effective Date) Provides column and row information of dependents that will age out of benefit coverage for the selected benefit package by month and employee. This report allows administrators to alert employees about dependents that will be considered ineligible for certain benefits in the benefit package.
Evidence of Insurability Rules * Provides benefit and plan name information for each Evidence of Insurability rule applied to each life insurance benefit. Guaranteed Issue, Compensation Rounding Rules, and Increase in Coverage Settings are displayed for each benefit. This report provides administrators with confirmation of life insurance configuration for the selected benefit package.
Package Enrollment Count - Before/After * Provides column and row information of enrollment in the current benefit package versus the previous package with enrolled employees and dependents as well as a beneficiary counts. This report also displays the Package Enrollment Count of the current year package versus the previous year package.
Employee Enrollment - Before/After * Provides an Excel spreadsheet of employees and their elections or waivers of benefits. This report allows administrators to review each employee’s change from package year to package year with elections for each year. The administrator is then able to use Excel to develop and keep track of trending data.
Employee Enrollment with Premiums - Before/After * Creates an Excel spreadsheet of employees and their elections or waivers of benefits with the benefit premiums. This report allows administrators to review each employees change from package year to package year with elections for each year. The administrator is then able to use Excel to develop and keep track of trending data.
Dependent Enrollment - Before/After * Creates an Excel spreadsheet with dependent enrollment in benefits as well as coverage levels for life insurance products for the current and previous package years. This report allows administrators and stakeholders to determine change in dependent enrollments for each benefit. Users may consider additional family based benefits based on this info.
Dependent Enrollment with Premiums - Before/After * Provides report provides an Excel spreadsheet with dependent enrollment in benefits as well as coverage levels for life insurance products for the current and previous package years with benefit premiums. This report allows administrators and stakeholders to determine change in dependent enrollments for each benefit. Users may consider more family based benefits based on this info.

* Report does not use the Effective Date.
