Utilities: Account Management

Account Management allows you to lock/unlock an employee's account.

You can view the employee's home page from the menu by expanding Employees, expanding Utilities, then clicking Account Management.


If you are already viewing an employee profile, you can hover over Utilities, and click Account Management.


You should arrive at the following screen.


Lock/Unlock Account

  • To lock an employee account, check the box next to "Lock Account." To unlock an account, uncheck the box next to "Lock Account."


  • Click Save.
