The Activity logs for an employee will provide all activity related to the selected employee. This is commonly used to determine when and how a change was made and will also display who made the change.
You can reach the employee's activity logs from the menu by expanding Employees, expanding Logs, then clicking.
If you are already viewing an employee profile, you can hover over Logs, and click.
You can filter this screen based on their:
- Data Type Category
- Change Type
- Key Word(s)
- Start/End Date
Viewing Employee Activity Logs
- After configuring the filters to your liking, click Filter Log.
- You will see your results at the bottom of the page.
