Complete Guide for Time Cards for Employees

The Time Cards tab displays the time data of the selected employee. The Time Cards tab has two further tabs that allow you to review an employee's time data:

  • Time Clock Cards
  • Timesheet Cards

The cards are filtered by the year and pay schedule of the selected employee.

Employees may have Time Clock Cards, Timesheet Cards, or both depending on the employee's configuration within entry assignments.

Time Clock Cards

The Time Cards tab displays a list of users that are configured for Time Clock -Punch or Time Clock - Entry, along with aggregate data for the selected pay period. For more information regarding entry assignments configuration please see entry assignments.

The table displays an overview of employee data found within each card and clicking on the pay range link will navigate to the details of the time card.

The table displays an overview of employee data found within each card and clicking on the pay range link will navigate to the details of the time card. The time card data presented is intended for review purposes only, and while actions are available for managing the employee's card it is recommended that adjustments and management be done from the Time and Attendance page by navigating to Menu > Settings > Time and Labor Mgmt >Time and Attendance. For details regarding the functions present on both screens please refer to Step 2 - Review Time Clock Cards.

Timesheet Cards

The Time Cards tab displays a list of users that are configured for Timesheet entry, along with aggregate data for the selected pay period. For more information regarding entry assignments configuration please see entry assignments.
