Skills

Skills allow HRIS Administrator to assign one or more skills to an employee and track their skill rating.

Skills can be reached from the menu by expanding Employee, expanding Performance Mgmt, and clicking Skills.

If you are already viewing the employee profile, you will hover over Performance and click Skills.

The "Skills" page will show currently entered skills and their rating.

Assigning a Skill Rating

  • Select the skill(s) from the designated column.

  • Specify the rating.

  • Click Save Skills.
