The system can track the overall wellness for employees through the Wellness Campaigns module. Wellness Campaigns provide the ability to create and to track various Wellness Metrics at the employee level in order to promote positive well being within your organization. One benefit of a Wellness Campaign can be healthier employees that can lead to lower premium cost for the organization.
The Employee Wellness section of the Employee Portal has links to allow employees to enter wellness data and track progress.
The Employee Wellness section is only available to employees in employee groups with an active wellness campaign.
Expand employees, expand HR Data, then click Wellness Campaigns to reach Wellness Campaigns from the menu. If you are viewing the employee profile, you can hover over HR Data, then click Wellness Campaigns.
