The "Company Permissions" tab allows you to give a contact access to specific company’s underneath the Enterprise. From this screen, you will need to filter by the Enterprise Account name, and the account type (typically “Active – InfinityHR Premium” is the option used).
Once the account names are listed, you can:
- Designate the contact as a primary or secondary contact for the account (Service Tickets could then be routed to this contact)
- Edit/Delete access
- Provide Administration access would allow them to view, add and edit information in the Administration Portal
