W2 Employee History

On this page, you can create, edit, or delete a W2 for an employee. The salary data on this page is also used in the EEO1- Component 2 reporting. W2 information can be imported via a Standard Import.

W2can be accessed from the menu by expanding Employee, expanding the Payroll section, then clicking W2.


If you are already viewing an employee profile, you can hover over Payroll and click W2.


You will see previously entered W2s.


The Actions drop-down menu allows you to:

  • Create Record
  • Delete Selected Record(s)


Creating a W2 Record

  • From the Actions drop-down menu, click Create Record.


  • Enter the year and wages for the W2 record.


  • Click Save when finished.
