Demographic Info - Employee

The "Employee" tab will help you maintain the employee's work-related information such as work contact information, employee status, manager(s) the employee is assigned to, and more.

The following fields are required and will be marked in Red

  • Employee Status
  • Benefit Status
  • Hire Date

Additional fields may be configured as required via the "Required Fields" page such as:

  • Time Off Manager
  • PA Manager
  • Department
  • Facility 1
  • Facility 2
  • Employee Type
  • Pay Schedule
  • Job Code
  • Termination Reason
