The Summary tab provides a convenient dashboard for viewing the account Engagement Information. Complete with Green/Yellow/Red color indicators, this tab allows you to assess where the account is rating, at-a-glance.
Engagement Score - This metric identifies how engaged a customer is with the system. This metric is most effective when calculated using a predetermined algorithm which provides a common baseline to compare customers to each other.
Net Promoter Score - Data collected by asking users a single question, "How likely are you to recommend this application to a friend or colleague?" Upon sign-in, Administrative users respond with a score from 1 to 10. This one-question survey is presented on a quarterly basis.
