My Service tickets allow users to submit and review issues encountered in the system through the Core HR interface. This is intended to review company-level accounts of an enterprise account.
If you are wanting to submit support tickets to Arcoro directly, please use the "Request Support" link at the top of the Support Central page unless instructed otherwise. For more information about how to submit a support ticket, you can refer to the following article.
Reviewing Support Tickets
The filter at the top allows you to limit/expand what support tickets are displayed depending on status, dates, etc.
Any Support Tickets fitting the filter will be displayed with the title submitted by the user, submitted by who, urgency, and more. Clicking on the title allows you to view more detailed information for the ticket.
