Once I Hire a Candidate, How Do I Move Them to the Onboarding Module?

  1. After a candidate is hired, pull their name up in the candidate pool under the “Candidates” tab. Click In Process.


  2. From the drop-down menu, set the disposition to "Hired."



  3. Click InActive


  4. Under the “Actions” column, there will be several icons that will allow you to contact the candidate, send an offer letter, request background and drug screens along with a “Manage Applicant Post Hire Process that will move the employee to Onboarding.
