Self-Service Change Request Management provides the ability to create and manage change requests electronically using an E-Form builder/editor and with automated and configurable approval workflows. This feature offers transparency and accountability for all parties involved in the change request process.
From this page, Change Request Administrators, and have the option to create a new form, view/manage existing forms, manage approvers, or administer change requests.
Change requests can be initiated from the Initiate Change Request widget on the dashboard.
Change Request Management is available for customers who currently have the Talent module (at least one of the following: Learning, Performance, or Succession). If you are interested in utilizing this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
