Complete Guide to Notices

Notices are tied to the LMS and will show up when the employee first selects Talent from the Modules drop-down. A pop-up will appear with the Notice/Message, along with the employee's To Do List.

Navigating to Notices
  • From Talent Management, click Account Admin from the menu near the top-right.

  • Click Company Setup to open the menu, then click Notices.

The Notices page will show columns for:

  • Title for the Notice
  • Job Code
  • Effective & Expiration Date

Clicking the column header will sort the list.

Adding a New Notice

  • Click New Item....

  • Fill out the available fields for the notice (* - Required)
    • Select if the notice should be assigned to All Employees or certain job code(s).
    • Specify the effective and expiration date that the notice will be active.*
    • Title
    • Description*
      • The description field allows HTML. For some example, putting <b></b> around text will make it bold.

  • Click Save when finished.

Editing a Notice

  • Click Edit towards the left of a notice.

  • Edit the fields for the notice (* - Required)
    • Select if the notice should be assigned to All Employees or certain job code(s).
    • Specify the effective and expiration date that the notice will be active.*
    • Title
    • Description*
      • The description field allows HTML. For some example, putting <b>/</b> around text will make it bold.

  • Click Save when finished.

Deleting a Notice

  • Click Delete towards the left of a notice.

  • You will see a confirmation model. Click OK.

How the Notice Appears

  • When employees/users log in to talent management, they will see the notice like below:

  • If the employee/user has a to do list, it will be listed below the notice like below:
