Add New Group

  1. Click Add Group
  2. Fill out the Group Name, Code (no spaces) and Description.
  3. Add assigned employees from the employee picker.
  4. Click Save

Edit a Group

  1. Press the "..." button on the right of the group row.
  2. Choose 'Edit.'
  3. To make a group inactive, press the 'Active/Inactive' toggle in the upper right corner.

Making a group inactive will prevent it from being used as an assignment criterion in future assignments. Assignments that have already been assigned using that group will be upheld. If a group is re-activated, it will be available for assignments again.
