Interview questions will be sent out to interviewers in an email. This section allows the Admin to create a bank of questions that users scheduling an interview can choose from when scheduling an interview in the ATS.
Navigating to Interview Questions

On the Interview Questions page, you will see your interview questions. By default, there will be a "Do you wish to move forward with this candidate?" question.
Adding an Interview Question
- Click the
- Type in your question into the designated box and add your responses.
- Each response should be on a separate line.
- Either of the text boxes can be expanded by dragging the lower right corner.
- Click when done.
Editing an Interview Question
- Click to the far right of an interview question under the "Action" column.
- Make desired changes.
- Either of the text boxes can be expanded by dragging the lower right corner.

Deactivating an Interview Question
- Click to the far right of an interview question under the "Action" column.
- A confirmation will appear asking if you want to deactivate the question. Click
- You will receive a confirmation that the interview question has been deactivated and the question will disappear from the list of questions.
Viewing and Reactivating an Interview Question

- A confirmation dialog will appear to confirm the activation. Click
- A confirmation message will appear in the top left if successful and the interview question will appear in the listing.
