Email Templates is where you can activate and alter the communication going out via email to your employees. We strongly suggest applying your own message to all notifications out of the system. Select Edit next to the notification to view. Each template includes mail merge fields. A mail merge field looks something like this, '~~course_title~~'. Do NOT delete or alter the mail merge fields. These fields will automatically bring in the course title, evaluation name, employee name, etc. into the email. The Subject and rest of the text within the email can be altered using the HTML editing tool within the Body section.
