Notes

Notes are used for managers to track employee specific details. The employee does not see notes; only the Manager and Administrator. Since the system is mobile enabled, Managers can take notes regarding an employee on the fly via their mobile device. Managers can go to the notes section to view any notes they have taken on all employees or a specific employee. It is common to reference notes when completing a performance evaluation.

To view notes, select the Employee(s) from the drop down and any notes associated with the selected employee(s) will appear. To view notes associated with all employees, select Check All (top option) and any notes created will appear on the screen. Notes can be copied and pasted into a performance review.
