The idea of the agency portal is to allow external recruiters to submit prospects and track the progress of their submitted prospects to job openings. When a recruiter submits their prospect to a job our client can accept or decline the prospect. If accepted an email is sent to the recruiter with a hyperlink for that prospect to apply. It is important for that prospect to use the hyperlink to apply to the job so it is tracked as to who submitted the prospect. This is how recruiters typically get paid and the recruiter can run a report on the progress of their prospects that have applied to jobs through the provided hyperlink when accepted. This can reduce the number of phone calls and emails from the recruiters to our client about the progress of prospects.
