How to Disable Attaching Candidates to Jobs

To aid our customers who follow Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, the ability to attach candidates to jobs can now be disabled. This feature prevents the ability to attach a candidate to another job opening.

  1. To begin, click Administration from the top menu of the Applicant Tracking System.

  2. Click Account Information on the left-hand side from the list. It is the first option listed.

  3. Scroll down to find the toggle next to "Disable attaching candidate(s) to job(s)" Toggle the option to Yes.

  4. Select Save Information on the bottom of the page.

We encourage OFCCP compliant customers to reach out to potential candidates and ask them to apply to open jobs instead of attaching candidates to a job directly.
