Email Templates

Templates can be created for Manager's to select from when launching a 360 Review.

  1. New Item...
  2. Template Title: This will appear as a drop-down menu option to select from for anyone launching a 360.
  3. Email Body: If you are not familiar with mail merge fields, contact Customer Care for some additional tips and tricks. For example, if you wanted to add in the name of the Rater and/or the Ratee automatically. The email should include details, like who is this for, what is this, when is it due, why should the rater participate, who they should contact with questions. The more details, the better.
  4. Save Template
