Sending Time Records/Field Notes To The Office With ExakTime Mobile

By default, ExakTime Mobile will try to send any clock in/outs after they have been made. If ExakTime Mobile is unable to do this, unsent time records will be stored and ExakTime Mobile will try to send them again after the next clock in/out or the next sync, whichever happens first.

Field Notes made in ExakTime Mobile will only be sent on the next manual or automatic sync, whichever happens first.

To manually sync ExakTime Mobile, tap the sync icon towards the top-right of the Time Clock/Clock In screen or press the Sync button at the bottom of the menu screen.
