Implementation Process for Employment Screening

To enable the background screenings, an implementation process must be completed consisting of the following steps:

Review the Terms of Agreement

 

Log into your HRIS portal > Settings> Applicant Tracking > Advanced Settings > Employment Screening Activation tab.

 

Configure and select your packages with Aurico

 

Contact your Account Representative to receive your Aurico sale rep's information.

 

 

Receive your credentials from Aurico

 

 

Aurico will provide you with your package prices along with your credentials that will be used in HRIS. 

 

Agree to the Terms of Agreement

 

Return to your HIRS portal > Settings> Applicant Tracking > Advanced Settings > Employment Screening Activation tab and sign and click the "I Accept the Terms of This Agreement"

 

 

 Configure your Aurico login  Browse to Settings>Applicant Tracking>Advanced Settings>Employment Screening tab and enter the credentials Aurico has provided. This includes the Aurico Customer ID, Aurico User Name, Aurico Password. See: Entering Employment Screening Credentials

When these steps are finished, please contact your Account Representative so that the implementation process can be completed. Once the configuration has been verified and tested you will be contacted to notify you that the implementation is complete.

You are now ready to start screening both current employees and applicants.
