Data Exports - Manage Overview

The toolbar consists of three options, exports, categories, and quick Excel exports. The purpose of these options are as follows:

    • Data > Exports > Manage is exports. From this page, a user may create an export, duplicate an export, and delete an export. There is also an option to filter the displayed data exports.
  • Categories

  • Quick Excel Exports
    • A drop down list, this option displays available pre-made excel exports within a sub-menu.

Export List

Data exports appear as a table on the manage page. The table is broken out into five columns:

  • Export Name
  • Data Type
  • Category
  • Mode
  • Test Mode
  • Last Executed

A user can sort exports by clicking on the column header. Clicking the column header once will sort data exports in ascending order; clicking the column header twice will sort data exports in descending order. The table contents for the headers are as follows:

  • Export Name
    • Configured on the properties tab of an export, the export name is completely configurable by the user
  • Data Type
    • Data types are assigned on the properties tab of a data export. Data types determine the fields available to use in an export.
  • Category
    • Categories are configured by the administrator in the categories section of the data export module. They are assigned to a data export on the properties tab of an export.
  • Mode
    • Advanced or Basic options. This is configured on the properties tab of an export.
  • Test Mode
    • This column will either be a blank cell for a data export not in test mode and will show a green check mark for a data export that is in test mode. Test mode is selected on the properties tab of a data export.
  • Last Executed
    • This will show the date and time stamp the file was last executed. A date and time stamp will appear even if a data export was not successfully executed.
