KPI's Import Layout

The layout below can be used to import KPIs into the HRIS. Column Headers must be provided in the import file and the order of the columns must match the order specified in the table below. The import file must have the same number of columns as indicated in the table below, as well.

When is a Record Added vs Updated?

If an existing record is found using the key fields ([key]) identified below, the HRIS will update that record during import. Otherwise, a new record will be added.

Priority Name Text <=1000   Must match a Priority Name defined via the Priorities tab.
Owner Employee ID Text <=20   Must be a valid Employee Id associated with an Employee within the HRIS.
Target Date Date      
Target Value Numeric     Must be one of the following: "Exempt" or "Non Exempt". If left blank, "Exempt" will be the default.
Target Value is Percent Yes/No      
Green Threshold Value Numeric      
Red Threshold Value Numeric      
Higher Value is Better Yes/No      
Active Yes/No      
Hide from Employee View Yes/No
