Dependent Status Import Layout

The layout below can be used to import Dependent Status into the HRIS. Column Headers must be provided in the import file and the order of the columns must match the order specified in the table below. The import file must have the same number of columns as indicated in the table below, as well.

When is a Record Added vs Updated?

If an existing record is found using the key fields ([key]) identified below, the HRIS will update that record

Dependent SSN Text 9   Must be numeric; must be unique within the system
Birth Date Date   Yes Must be a valid date.

Tobacco User (True/False) Yes/No <=3 Yes Either "Yes" or "No". If not supplied then default will be "No".
Handicapped (True/False) Yes/No <=3 Yes Either "Yes" or "No". If not supplied then default will be "No".
Full Time Student (True/False) Yes/No <=3 Yes Either "Yes" or "No". If not supplied then default will be "No".
Part Time Student (True/False) Yes/No <=3 Yes Either "Yes" or "No". If not supplied then default will be "No".
Student Hours Numeric     Number of school hours dependent is enrolled in.
Household Member (True/False) Yes/No <=3 Yes Either "Yes" or "No". If not supplied then default will be "No".
