How do I Send an Employee their Exaktime Mobile PIN?

Through ExakTime Connect you can send an SMS text message containing their unique PIN with a simple click of a button.

 SMS Messages

To receive an SMS message, the employee must have a valid US-based mobile phone number.
At this time, SMS notifications are only supported in the USA.

  1. Go to Manage and click on Employees.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the employee to view their employee details.

  3. Scroll down towards the Security Roles section.
    The PIN will be located to the right of the ExakTime Mobile Security Role. Next to the PIN will be a button Send PIN via SMS

  4. If the Send PIN via SMS button is not present, enter a Mobile Phone Number into the employee's profile.
