Viewing ExakTime Form Responses In Time Cards

Time Card Details and My Time Card now offer the option to show the responses for ExakTime Forms within ExakTime Connect. You can add this information as columns for quick reference.

Turning On ExakTime Form Responses For Time Cards

  • Go to Manage and click on Company Settings.


  • Click on Optional Features the tab.


  • Enable "ExakTime Form Responses on Time Card Views."


  • Click Save at the bottom.

After saving, you may need to log out and log back in before you are able to view the "Time Card Form Response Selector" in the following step.

Select The ExakTime Form Responses To Appear In Time Cards

  • Go to Tools and click on Time Card Form Response Selector.


  • Select the form to show the questions available.


  • Check the box to the left of the ExakTime Form questions that you want to be displayed.


  • Any changes done are saved automatically.

Granting Permissions 

For non-Administrators, they will need to be given permission to view and/or editing ExakTime Form Responses.

  • Go to Manage and click on Security Roles.


  • Click on the ExakTime Connect tab.


  • Select or add the role that will be given permission.


  • Select the appropriate level of access for "ExakTime Form Responses on Time Cards."


  • Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Adding ExakTime Form Responses To Your Time Card

  • Go to Time Cards and click Time Card Details.


  • Click the Column Manager button.
  • Click and drag the ExakTime form question from the Hide to the Show column.
    • ExakTime Form Responses columns have a green bar in the column Manager.
