TribeHR is a third-party HR application that allow TribeHR users access to some of the employee-facing benefit functionality of the HRIS. TribeHR remains as the system of record for employee data, but there is a data pull into the HRIS application. TribeHR users are able to turn on the benefit functionality by adding the HRIS panel within the My Profile page of the TribeHR application.
By doing so, TribeHR users will have access to the following functionality from HRIS:
- Learn About Your Benefits
- Change Events
- Benefit Statements
