Full File vs Change File

Full files will contain all employees every time a file executes.  Change files will contain only those records that are in the respective Change Log.  For example, if the export is created using the Benefit Data Type it will look to the Benefit Change Log to insert those records that changed. 

This setting can be found by navigating to Data > Exports > Manage > Select File > Properties Tab
