Performance Management for Managers: Positions

The Positions tab gives managers a view of the Positions configured in the system, the details of the Positions, and the number of employees assigned to those Positions.

Depending on the permission configured at the Position level in the Administration Portal, the manager may be able to click on the Position name and edit the details of the position.

Managers will always have access to the # Emps Assigned link to see a list of employees assigned to the position.
