Field Value Setup - Job Codes

Job Codes are optional categories used for grouping Employees added to the system.

If no values are defined in this section, the Job Code dropdown field will be blank on the Employee Demographic Information section.

If your Employee Data includes a field for Job Code (employees are assigned to a Job Code), then you must define the valid Job Codes in this section before uploading your data in the "Data Imports" step.


To add a Job Code, enter the Code and Description and click Save.
