If you or a colleague has forgotten their password, you can use the "Forgot your password?" to reset your password.
- Click Forgot your Password? from the login page.
- After clicking "Forgot your password?" a prompt will appear to enter the username of the user that will need their email reset.
- If the username exists in the system, then you should see a confirmation that the instructions have been sent.
DO NOT close this message/window to ensure a successful password reset. An email should be sent shortly to update the password.
- If the email is not received in the email Inbox, it may have gone to the Spam box.
- The email to reset your password will look like below. Click Reset Password to open a new tab/window to reset your password.
