How Do I Setup, Reset or Look up Someone's PIN Code?

Setting up, resetting, or Looking up an employee's ExakTime Mobile PIN code is a simple process in ExakTime Connect.

  • Go to Manage and click Employees.

  • Click the edit icon How_Do_I_Setup__Reset_or_Look_up_Someone_s_Pin_Code___211829958__Edit_Icon_2.png next to the employee to view their employee details.

  • Scroll down towards the Security Roles section. The employee's PIN will be to the right of the ExakTime Mobile Security Role.
    • If you need to change it, simply click the PIN field and enter a new PIN.
    • The PIN must be 4-10 characters and unique.

  • If you make a change, click Save at the bottom when done.
