Setting up, resetting, or Looking up an employee's ExakTime Mobile PIN code is a simple process in ExakTime Connect.
- Go to Manage and click Employees.
- Click the edit icon
next to the employee to view their employee details.
- Scroll down towards the Security Roles section. The employee's PIN will be to the right of the ExakTime Mobile Security Role.
- If you need to change it, simply click the PIN field and enter a new PIN.
- The PIN must be 4-10 characters and unique.
- If you make a change, click Save at the bottom when done.
