Using the Time Audit Reports

The audit reports are used to review any time record edits, additions or deletions on the Time card Details page within ExakTime Connect by a user with appropriate permission. 

Note: The reports indicate the date of edit in the UTC timezone. This ensures data is consistent across multiple timezones.

Both reports are accessed by going to Reports and located at the top of the list.

Time Modifications by Editor

This report is intended to group up time card adjustments by the editor. The report will show the date of the edit, what type of adjustment was done, who was affected, and the information of the record that was changed. If information was added or edited, the new information will be in bold.

  • When using the employee filter, the employee that will be filtered is the editor, not the employee.

Time Modifications by Affected Employee

This report will group the time adjustments made to an employee's time card based on the affected employee. The report will show the date of the edit, who was the editor, what type of adjustment was done, and the information of the record that was changed. If information was added or edited, the new information will be in bold.

  • When using the employee filter, the employee that will be filtered is the affected employee, not the editor.
