Reports are used to help format your time data and other information into more printer-friendly formats for easy saving, distribution, and viewing.

Audit

Audit reports are used to track changes made to an employee's time card in ExakTime Connect. The two reports we offer are the "Time Modifications by Affected Employee" and "Time Modifications by Editor."

While both have the same intent, the focus on both reports is different. The "Time Modifications by Affected Employee" is useful for when you are reviewing what time edits had been made to a specific employee.  "Time Modifications by Editor" would be used to review what time edits a particular editor had been doing.

Cost Code

Basic - Displays the total hours worked for each of your cost codes in the specified date range, which can help you see which activities your business spends the most time doing.

By Employee - Displays the hours worked for used cost codes and broken down by the employees using those cost codes for the specific date range.

By Location - Displays the hours worked for used cost codes and broken down by the location they were used at for the specific date range.

Executive Summary - Displays the hours worked for your cost codes broken down by the day, week,  month, quarter, or year.

Employee

Approaching Overtime This Week -  Shows Employees that are nearing (or have exceeded) the number of hours for weekly (or bi-weekly) overtime pay in the current pay period. Date ranges are ignored for this report.

Basic - Displays the total hours worked by your employees in the specified date range to help determine how many regular/overtime/doubletime hours were worked by them over a prolonged period.

By Cost Code - Displays the employees, the cost codes they used, and for how long for the specified date range.

By Location - Displays the employees, the locations they used, and for how long for the specified date range.

Employee FaceFront Report - Display your employees first and last FaceFront photo for review with their overall hours for a set date range.

Estimated Payroll - Displays an approximate total for your payroll, broken down by employee.

ExakTime Forms Report - Provides the employee's responses to an ExakTime Mobile form.

Executive Summary - Displays the hours of your employees broken down by the day, week,  month, quarter, or year.

GPS Touch Detail - Displays the GPS details for every ExakTime Mobile punch, including distance to location, and whether or not the punch was inside the GeoFence. Useful for verifying that employees are on a job site when punching in or out.

Missed Clock Ins/Outs - Displays time records where employees forgot to clock in or out, or used the same keytab twice in a row.

Time Card & Time Card By Week - Displays daily and total employee hours worked for a pay period in a time card format suitable to give to employees displaying where they worked, what they did, and their overall hours for that location-cost code combination. The "Time Card By Week" report is similar to the Time Card report but is intended to show a prolonged period such as a month or quarter.

Touch Detail - Displays the details of an employee's time card, similar to your Time Card Details on ExakTime Connect.

Touches Outside GPS GeoFence - Displays ExakTime Mobile punches where the recorded GPS position was outside the GeoFence for the location selected by the employee.

Work Time/Off-Clock Summary - Displays each Employee's unpaid breaks during the work day over any time period. It also provides an average so that you can quickly see who is typically taking lunch breaks that are too short or too long. Note that incomplete punches are not accounted for in this report.

Equipment

By Employee - Displays hours each equipment item was used, broken out by the employee, regardless of location.

By Location - Displays hours each equipment item was used, broken out by location, regardless of the employee.

Cost By Location - Displays equipment cost for each location, based on the hourly cost of equipment usage.

Status - See where your equipment is (or was at a given point in time).

Expenses

By Employee - Lists the expenses recorded by each employee for a date range.

By Location - Lists the expenses recorded at each location for a date range.

Location

Basic - Displays the total hours worked at your locations for a specified date range.

Certified Job Worksheet - Displays a reference worksheet useful for completing US Department of Labor Form WH-347 for certified (prevailing wage) job locations. Only certified locations will appear in the report.

Estimated Labor Cost - Displays an approximate total of the cost for a location based on your employee's hourly wage, estimated burden, and their hours worked.

Executive Summary - Displays the hours worked at a location broken by the day, week,  month, quarter, or year.

Touch Detail - Displays the details of time records associated with a location such as an employee that worked, what they did, and when.

Scheduled Shifts

By Employee - Displays the scheduled shifts by the employee.

By Location - Displays the scheduled shifts by the location.

Early Employee - Displays schedule shifts in which the employee was early.

Late Employee - Displays schedule shifts in which the employee was late.

No Show Employee - Displays scheduled shifts for employees where the employee does not have a corresponding time record.
