The Quick Links tab allows you to select the links that will appear under the Quick Links section of the Employee Portal.
- From the menu, expand Setup and click Setup Properties.
- Hover over Employee Portal Setup in the top menu bar and click Employee Portal.
- Click the Quick Links tab.
Language Preferences
Allows the Employee to switch from English to Spanish as their language preference.
When language preferences are set to Spanish, the translation of the employee portal page is based on the Theme you have configured under Setup > Setup Properties > Employee Portal Setup > Employee Portal > Themes. For more information about themes, you can refer to the following article. Any portal links, company links, documents, etc. will not be included in the translation (beyond the title on the employee portal page).
To view the translations the employee will see based on Theme selection, you can set your own preference to Spanish and view your own Employee Home Page. To view their Employee Portal Home Page, when logged in as an Admin, navigate to the avatar in the top right corner and select ‘View My Employee Homepage’. Your Employee Home Page (vs. Admin Home Page) will open in another tab.
Please note – If you have pop-up blockers enabled, you may need to temporarily allow pop-ups to view their Employee Home Page.
Update My Skills
Allows your employee to update their skills from the Employee Portal.
View Current Coverages
Allows your employee to view their coverages from the Employee Portal. Requires the Benefits Management.
FAQ
Allows the Employee to view frequently asked questions from the Employee Portal.
Employee Directory
Allows the Employee to access the employee directory to search for colleagues in the system from the Employee Portal.
Payment History
Allows the Employee to view a list of payment records associated with their account from the Employee Portal. Requires Payroll services.
Paycheck Stubs
Allows the Employee to view their previous paystub from the Employee Portal. Requires Payroll services.
Direct Deposit
Allows the Employee to manage their Direct Deposits from the Employee Portal. Clicking "Configure Direct Deposit Settings" shows the following window and lets you configure the options available for an employees' direct deposit.
Federal Tax Info
Allows the Employee to manage their Federal withholdings from the Employee Portal.
State Tax Info
Allows the Employee to manage their State tax withholdings from the Employee Portal. Clicking "Configure State Tax Info Settings" shows the following window to configure the State Tax options and rates available to the employees when electing their state tax withholding.
