Employee Portal - Modules

The Modules tab allows you to select which modules are available to the employees on the Employee Portal.

*IMPORTANT NOTE - Some of these modules are contracted services that would require a purchase and configuration prior to being used on the Portal. The below chart illustrates which Module is tied to which contracted service:

Module Option Used with these contracted services
Change Events Can be used with just Core HR, or Core HR plus additional products.
Time Reporting Requires Time & Labor Management.
Surveys Can be used with just Core HR, or Core HR plus additional products.
Learn about your Benefits (Benefits Viewer) Requires Benefits Management.
Turn off Benefit Cost Card Typically checked (to turn it off) unless if you have Benefits Management.
Time Off Requires Time & Labor Management.
To Do List Can be used with just Core HR, or Core HR plus additional products.
Informational Links Can be used with just Core HR, or Core HR plus additional products.

Portal Links Can be used with just Core HR, or Core HR plus additional products.

Account Activity Can be used with just Core HR, or Core HR plus additional products.
My Current Coverages Requires Benefits Management.
Benefit Statements Requires Benefits Management.
Total Benefits Statement (and sub-categories) Requires Benefits Management.
