The Performance Log is an area where notes related to performance or other internal notes can be created for employee records. These can be used as a record of real-time feedback allowing the manager/supervisor to document performance highs/lows, corrective action, and general notes with employees.
The main page of the Performance Log displays all employees and if they have notes, the number of notes in total, those that require a follow up and/or acknowledgment, and the date that the note was written.
The notes section can be filtered by using a date range and manager dropdown.
By clicking on the employee name that has a note you can see the note(s) related to that employee.
*Notes categories are added under SETUP > SETUP > PROPERTIES > FIELD VALUE SETUP > NOTES CATEGORIES
To add a note an administrator or manager with access can click on the employee name or go to Employee>Employee>>Notes
