Review Forms that are configured with a schedule will automatically create reviews for employees according to the settings configured in the form. A process runs each night to determine what reviews need to be created for employees for that day.
However, if you’ve created Review Forms that need to be applied to employees with review dates in the past, this utility will allow you to create those reviews retroactively. You may also need to use the utility if you’ve modified how the scheduling works for your reviews and need to make changes. Keep in mind that this utility only adds review records; it does not delete or modify existing records so you may need to manually delete reviews for employees that are no longer needed. Enter a Start and End Date to determine the range for which you want to generate reviews and then click the Execute Review Form Scheduler button. The date range cannot exceed 90 days.
