Goals Tab - Adding a Goal

  1. To create a goal for an employee from the Goals tab, first click the name of the employee under the Employee column.

  2. From the Actions drop-down menu, click Create Goal.

  3. Enter the information for your goal.

  4. Click Save Goal when finished.
