Priorities - Create a Priority

Priorities must be added before creating KPIs.

  • From the Actions drop-down menu, click Create Priority. 
  • Provide a name, a description if wanted
  • Add a sort order, this will be the order that the system will display your priorities.
  • Provide a start and end date. This can be a yearly target or a quarterly target for example.
  • You can select if the priority is active and if the employee can view the priority
