Millennium Data Mapping - Employee Accruals

The Table below displays field mappings for data on the Employee Accruals screen. If a field is not included in the Table below, then it will not be mapped between the HRIS and Payroll Application.

When loading data from Payroll to HRIS, the HRIS will first look for an employee record match on SSN. If a match is not found, the HRIS will then check for a match on Employee ID. Once a matching employee record is found, the HRIS will then check to see if HR contains a PTO Type that matches the Millennium Accrual Code. If a match is found and the current balance in HRIS differs from the current Available time in Payroll, then a new Time Off Transaction record will be added to the HRIS under Employee >> Time and Labor Mgmt >> Time Off for the difference between HRIS and Payroll. The added Accrual Transaction record will bring the HRIS Time Balance equal to the Millennium Available Time.

When loading data from HRIS to Payroll, HRIS will first process accruals up to the end of the Pay Period. Then, the HRIS will first look for an employee record match on SSN. If a match is not found, the HRIS will then check for a match on Employee ID. Once a matching employee record is found, the HRIS will then check to see if Payroll contains a Millennium Accrual Code that matches the HR PTO Type. If a match is found and the current Available Balance or Used Amount in Payroll differs between HRIS and Payroll, then the Millennium Accrual will be updated with the new Available and/or Used time. If an Accrual record does not exist in Millennium for the employee, but an Accrual Code matches the Time Off Type in Infinity, then a new Accrual will be created in Millennium for the Employee.
