Self Service Toolkit - Verify User ID/Format for OE

In some cases you may wish to reset the User IDs of employees prior to opening their Open Enrollment Window.

Regardless of whether you wish to reset User IDs, we recommend that you verify the correct format is being used by completing the following steps:

  • Navigate to Setup > Setup Properties
  • Hover over Employee Portal Setup
  • Click on the Employee Management link
  • Verify the selected User ID Format

(If Appropriate) Select the desired Format and click Save User ID Format

If you wish to reset the format being used for the User ID of all non-administrator employees within the system, complete the following steps:

  • Navigate to Setup > Setup Properties
  • Hover over Employee Portal Setup
  • Click on the Employee Management link
  • Click Manage Accounts tab
  • Determine which option suits your end goal
  • Click Execute

If you wish to send special instructions with User ID changes, complete the following steps:

  • Navigate to Setup > Setup Properties
  • Hover over Employee Portal Setup
  • Click on the Employee Management link
  • Select the Communications tab and insert desired text to employees.
