The export information tab provides information from the Global Provider Library for the provider selected on the Provider tab. This information is read-only and provides detailed information regarding the electronic export capabilities of the Provider.
Navigating to the Export Information Tab for Carriers
- From the menu, expand Settings and click Benefit Management.
- Click Carriers from the top-menu bar.
- Click the name of the carrier. If the carrier has not been created, please refer to the following article for help on how to add a new carrier.
- Click the Export Information tab.
