Configure Recruiting Portal Overview

Configure Recruiting Portal provides the ability to configure the external Recruiting Portal that applicants will use to view and apply against Job Postings. This screen is the first area that should be visited when configuring the Applicant Tracking Module for the first time, but can also be revisited to make changes to the external Recruiting Portal.

This screen consists of the following three tabs:

The recruiting portal is the place where all of your applicant tracking jobs are posted. The view of the recruiting portal will vary depending on the theme selected in the Configure Recruiting Portal options. Applicants will be able to apply to a job post, review news, and log into their applicant profile.

The Configure Recruiting Portal screen provides the ability to configure the external Recruiting Portal that applicants will use to view and apply for open job posts. The portal may be a web page on its own using a Careers button with the permalink that the system will provide, or embedded within the web site.

The administrator configures the site to provide the applicants the ability to create user profiles within the Recruiting Portal, allowing them access to future positions in addition to the ability to update their applicant profiles. There are a total of 9 tabs in the system, which provides options such as tab names, display order, instructions, and required information.
